Outside

The car park area is gravelled.  There is one step up to the tiled terrace which runs along the front of the whole villa.  Access from the terrace to any of the guest suites and the main part of the house is via two steps.  There are wide, double doors into each guest suite and into the main house.  Internal doors measure a minimum of 67cm.  Some doors can be removed to prove 70cm wide access.

Swimming pool and Lawn area

The lawn is alongside the terrace and is on the same level as the terrace.  The pool does not have a ladder.  There is one step from the pool edging into the pool.  The pool slopes from virtually zero depth to 1.5m.  Please note that the pool is not fenced so care should be taken with young children.

BBQ and Games area

The BBQ and games area are situated in a lower section of the garden.  Access from the terrace is down a step and fairly steep slope.  There is a gravelled path which runs from the car park area.  Alternatively, it is possible to drive around the back of the villa to this section of the garden.

Inside the villa

There are no steps inside the villa apart from the stairs to the master suite on the first floor.  All internal floors are tiled. 

Bedrooms

Six of the seven bedrooms are located on the ground floor.  One of the guest suites (Carla) has slightly different proportions to provide space to turn a wheelchair in the bedroom and bathroom.

Bathrooms

The en-suite wet rooms in the guest suites have a level floor.  The shower room (shared between the two twin-bedded rooms) has a shower tray and enclosure.  The master suite (first floor room) has a bathtub with steps.
