Rentals normally commence at 4pm on the arrival day and end at 10am on departure day. If this is not convenient to you please contact us and we will try to arrange something.

Please note:
- The prices shown are for up to 14 people plus 1 baby (in the travel cot)
- A further 4 folding beds (suitable for children) are available at £30 or €30 per bed per week
- There is a returnable £300 or €300 damage deposit with each booking
- 20% of the total rent is required as a deposit on booking
- The balance of the rental and deposit is due 1 calendar month prior to the booking date
- Changeover day is flexible
- Bed linen and towels (for indoor use) are provided
- Weekly cleaning is included
- Pool and garden maintenance - 1 or 2 visits during the week
- If you are making a booking for a group, please make sure you have the agreement of all your group
